We are seeking a collaborative and execution-oriented eCommerce / Growth Analyst that will be responsible for building and running our eCommerce & onboarding experiences and platform capabilities. Your responsibilities and day to day will require analyzing requirements, proposing and collaborating on solutions and overseeing delivery for growth initiatives. You will work closely with brand marketing, GTM, device and promo, design, strategy, engineering teams and immediate team members to ensure all initiatives / launches / campaigns are executed on time and adhering to industry best practices. You must have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user experiences and a thirst for learning.
This is a full-time position remote opportunity and will report to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing and eCommerce for Visible and Yahoo Mobile.
As stated below, work closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery for growth initiatives.
Support eCommerce, SEO and optimization leads with go-to-market execution, planning and prioritization. All one team!
Monitor and report metrics/performance associated with all initiatives.
Review metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay current with competitors and emerging eCommerce and digital growth trends.
What we’re looking for...
You are knowledgeable, passionate and have experience in eCommerce. You are naturally curious and want to solve customer needs and have experience building eCommerce features with web and app platforms. You have demonstrated a record of success launching successful features. You have worked on a team focusing on web and/or mobile applications. You can weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities. You thrive in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources. You can go get the data you need and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You have an eye for compelling design, and love interacting with content creatives and backend engineers alike. You are always willing to dive in with a no-task-is-too-small attitude.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce or related industry.
Even better if you have:
Strong analytical skills: Able to create, track and analyze data, determine conclusions, and take actions on the next steps.
Detail-oriented and have strong communication and team building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organization and planning skills.
