Social Media Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Digital Marketing & Communications GENERAL PURPOSE The social media specialist is responsible for implementing social media strategy and tactics across multiple platforms; working with data tools to measure and increase audience engagement on those platforms and pivot based on data results; and maintaining consistency of voice, visual signature, and editorial standards of engagement across social media platforms. SUPERVISION EXERCISED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED Desktop computer, including spreadsheet and word processing software; copy machine; fax machine, printers, and scanners.
