Marketing Manager II
PURPOSE OF POSITION The Marketing Manager II will work with internal departments and external agencies to develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns and programs that drive increased ridership by engaging current riders and expanding their use of the service, winning back lapsed riders, and building brand awareness to identify and entice potential new riders to try and keep using the service. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS At this level, incumbents typically independently represent the organization; serve as a subject matter expert who possesses highly specialized knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience; are responsible for a specialty program area that has a major impact on the organization.
