We are looking for someone that follows the latest in sourcing trends and applies them to their daily routine to ensure they stay one step ahead of the competition. In this role you will be our first hire in the Americas Talent Acquisition team dedicated to sourcing. You will support a diverse array of openings including Product Managers, Business Development, Sales, Digital Marketing and Executive openings. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and managers. You will have the opportunity to help us build our sourcing model with real time feedback welcomed on what is working and what isn’t! In this role you should be fully committed to driving diverse pipelines and actively sourcing candidates from different backgrounds and experiences to help us build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our patients.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Build pipelines of candidates for commonly hired roles.
Use advanced sourcing techniques to find tech talent that other Sourcers and Recruiters overlook
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Strategic People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers across the business. Work closely with them to have a deeper understanding of the requirements of the role, function, and how it fits into the organization
Work closely with the TA Partners to ensure a seamless experience for Managers and Candidates
Utilizing a range of techniques and assessments to provide high-quality shortlist of candidates to the business.
Track pipeline activity to share insights with internal stakeholders and hiring partners.
Advise the business on sourcing strategies to meet predicted future skills needs, general workforce planning needs, and current vacancies.
Recommend and drive process improvements that impact sourcing/pipeline effectiveness.
Be our resident sourcing evangelist, guide wider TA team on latest sourcing techniques.
Drive a culture of exceptional candidate care throughout the sourcing process.
Actively sharing content across all social channels to build employer brand awareness.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
Four-year college degree and a minimum of four years sourcing experience in a medium to high volume, environment. Will consider equivalent experience in lieu of 4-year degree.
Prior experience in Talent sourcing roles including ideally both agency and in-house roles.
Experience with creative talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
Must have advanced talent sourcing experience, x-ray searching, advanced Boolean strings, prior use of tools like seekout, facesaerch, recruitin.net, etc.
Interview skills with the ability to screen candidates.
