The Innovation Project Quality Control AD is a critical role responsible for implementing, managing, maintaining and satisfactorily addressing quality controls related to Professional Social Engagement programs, in order to ensure frictionless operations while maintaining high quality standards, and maximizing workflow efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Co-create and fully execute QC plans for Professional Social Engagement content, process, and policies *Implement monitoring of content, process, and compliance checks to guarantee risk controls.
*Develop, maintain, and report to the business the activities and results of all QC checks; Address specific issues with originating sources and escalate where needed.
*Project-specific general healthcare content admin and asset review liaison (FUSE)
*High collaboration across matrixed stakeholders in Digital/Marketing/Sales and RA/Legal/Compliance/Data Privacy to support business objectives related to Professional Social Engagement
*Focus on internal (field force) and external (target HCP) customer centricity through the QC process
*Business Partner - Collaborate with digital innovation, commercial and advertising agency partners (via brand team) to plan and help the program leads QC innovation project requirements, processes, and policies. Also, oAct as a SME and Quality Control (QC) lead for Professional Social Engagement business rules, including content publishing, program compliance, and process rules. oManage, maintain, and report on content asset review queue leveraging platforms like FUSE, Aprimo, DAM and Sprinklr
*Facilitate Above-Brand Asset Review management: Own and deliver on general content asset review submissions through to approval and release. Organize and chair live review meetings if needed, thoroughly documenting outcomes for audit readiness. Provide guidance inside brand commercial teams and across Medical, Legal, and Regulatory functions, as needed to ensure quality control at every stage. Ensure content completes the journey from curation through to Sprinkler upload
*Content publishing QC lead and issue resolution: Evaluate material content submitted by brand commercial teams for digital innovation projects to ensure quality and consistency aligned with business rules and publishing kit specifications. Address as appropriate; escalate as needed.
*Continuous process QC for ongoing project improvement - Support process improvement activities, including speeding with efficiency for content approval.
