Under the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer/President-UCSF Health Affiliates Network (CSO/P-UCSFHA), the Chief Marketing and Brand Experience Officer is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive consumer engagement and physician relations strategy for UCSF Health which includes the Medical Center, UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals, the clinical enterprise and affiliations. Working closely with the UCSF Health CEO,CSO/P-UCSFHA, Chief Strategy Officer for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals, Dean of the School of Medicine, Department Chairs and Medical Center leadership, the Chief Marketing and Brand Experience Officer is responsible for leading all marketing, advertising and branding efforts, managing media, digital channels, physician relations and managing the production of all Medical Center publications including brochures, annual reports, newsletters and promotional materials . The Chief Marketing and Brand Experience Officer will oversee the areas of marketing strategy and program development, brand advertising and affiliate marketing, physician relations, brand content and creative, digital marketing, marketing operations, and the referral center.
