The Director, Dialysis Operational Initiatives will play a critical role in the development and growth of Kidney Care solutions that are focused on end-stage renal disease. The solutions will be designed to optimize patient experience and help Kidney Care achieve home dialysis growth targets. Solutions could include care models, digital patient tools, integration with CVS assets, and care services. The Director, Dialysis Operational Initiatives will help define and build solutions, oversee execution and stand-up, manage pilots to test key assumptions, scale solutions and commercialize.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with other business functions such as operations, analytics, digital, marketing, and finance and enterprise partners. - Leverage existing assets and capabilities and provide innovative thinking in this arena. - Oversee a team of Senior Managers and Managers.
Required Qualifications 10+ years in healthcare and customer-focused product development 10 years of team leadership at-scale with a focus on people development - 1 year of agile product development experience, including implementation - 5 years of financial acumen, demonstrated through development of business measurements, forecasting, or financial modeling - 5 years of experience in development and monitoring of performance indicators - Expertise with MS Office programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio required

Education Bachelor's or Commensurate Experience Required Master's Degree Preferred
