What you’ll be doing...
As the AI&D DMTS - Digital & Marketing for Business Enablement Organization, you will be responsible for the Architecture of all key initiatives under Digital & Marketing, problem identification through Bottom-up approach, converting business problems to impactful use cases, and innovating by applying cutting edge machine learning techniques and AI technology.
Driving data science projects for the Digital and Marketing lines of business.
Working with a team of talented data scientists, Business Intelligence, Business Analysts, and software developers who will play a key role in developing and delivering the next generation data science solutions to the business.
Closely engaging the business, understand their problem statements and incubate the ideas and models.
Presenting results to various business partners especially marketing, digital, and our management group.
Understanding the North Star architecture and ensuring that custom development is minimized in favor of a common, component-based architecture.
Leading a seamless experience and ensuring high standards of CX and performance across channels.
Guiding and mentoring the team with domain expertise in the space of Digital and Marketing.
Building strong working relationships and develop deep partnership with the business.
Driving technical innovation through active research and applications of new theories, techniques, and technologies.
Delivering innovative technical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes.
Leading engagement with key business stakeholders in discussion on business strategies and opportunities.

You have excellent analytical skills, and eager to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive data science solutions to business problems, develop end to end analytical solutions in the Digital & Marketing areas, and communicate insights and findings to leadership. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various stakeholders and cross functional teams to implement data science driven business solutions. You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Three years or more years of experience in leading insightful data science and analytics solution within the digital domain.
Experience driving insightful use cases across the wide range of problem statements across digital and marketing.
Three or more years of domain expertise in the Digital domain.
Extensive and proven experience building detailed and compelling business cases in digital.
Solid understanding of data elements within digital.
Experience in leading data management and data analysis in relational databases.
Three or more years of experience in the consumer domain.
Even better you have one or more of the following:
Good working of SQL for analysis and Python for EDA.
Any certification on data science & related fields.
Cross-team collaboration skills.
Assertive and objective decision making skills with the drive to deliver technical outcomes and arrive at solutions.
Experience in working with deep technical and vendor teams and building frameworks.
Experience interacting and collaborating deeply with other lines of business & the ability to work across cross cultural teams.
Experience working with agile models, as well as more traditional functional operating models.
