The Novartis Digital Marketing Operations team is looking for a highly engaged Web/Channel Tagging Manager who will shape future commercialization of brands for Novartis and help improve the lives of patients.

This opportunity is located at the Novartis East Hanover site, and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
What you will be responsible for? * Strategy: Advise individual project teams to drive setup of custom tagging for websites and mobile applications leveraging Google Analytics to ensure creation of outputs that answer specific business questions and KPIs. * Leadership: Stay up-to-date on the latest web tagging, metrics, & hosting solutions to drive best-in-class recommendations & advance capabilities. Engage as US Pharma lead on vendor relationships and platforms (web metrics, video hosting etc.) updates / requirements. * Tagging Management: GTM and Tealium website tagging process flow to ensure accurate QA and implementation of tags. Experience with GA360 Admin functions, solution design * Campaign Tracking: Support set up of campaign URLs using GA campaign URL builder/Claravine and provide campaign-tracking data based on brand's request. * Tagging & Taxonomy: Evolve Content, Channel and Web metadata and taxonomies. Work with Content (DAM) and Channel (Email/SMS Web) teams for building a global taxonomy and governance structure * Reporting: Contribute towards an overall digital dashboard creation as well as work with agency to create regular or ad hoc web performance reports and dashboards using Google analytics or Google data studio. * Best Practice Development: Build best practice documents & coordinate training sessions to support upskilling the broader team.
