POSITION INFORMATION Program Goals To achieve a thorough understanding of marketing and commercial strategies within the Rare Diseases Franchise. This unique program will be in support of Global commercial and brand strategy development during the first year, followed by tactical implementation and execution of these strategies in the United States during the second year. The Fellow will work in several key functional areas within the commercial organization. Upon completion of this program, Fellows will gain an understanding of competitive dynamics and customer needs.
