The Senior Graphic Designer will support the Global Brand & Design team in providing innovative design solutions to a wide range of teams across the organization. Responsibilities include producing marketing & communications collateral, thought leadership and research materials, brand templates, events and other CRE marketing collateral.

Duties and responsibilities
Support requirements of incoming requests from marketing leadership as it relates to creative support:
Attend strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadership and other key stakeholders as required
Develop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
Develop creative materials and perform the production and quality control of marketing collateral
Coordinate production of materials, including packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print and preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors; and liaising with Marketing leadership as needed Â
Develop or apply brand standard templates to support the local business; update as necessary Â
Design and develop high-quality custom marketing materials including research reports, brochures, presentations, one-pagers, digital marketing assets and event collateral Â
Produce creative collateral to support the business, ensuring alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product Â
Stay up-to-date with current design trends to bring best-in-class design to the teamâ”both conceptually and through new technologies or platforms
Qualifications
Bachelorâ™s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field Â
5+ years of corporate graphic design experience with understanding of consistent brand identity
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Â
Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
Strong ability to work effectively, efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment Â
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders on all levels both inside and outside the company Â
Outstanding attention to detail with commitment to creating quality work product
