National Association of Subrogation Professions (NASP) seeks a dynamic and results-driven Independent Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote NASP's mission and increase engagement within the subrogation community.

Marketing Director Job Responsibilities:
Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; and implementing directives.
Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; and consulting with internal and external sources.
Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
Works with CEO / Association leadership to meet financial marketing objectives.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Stays abreast of industry trends and leverages emerging technologies to enhance NASP's digital presence.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3-5 years in marketing roles, showcasing a track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Association Management industry, with experience working in or closely with organizations focused on insurance, legal, or related fields.
Strategic Vision: A history of crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive measurable results.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and metrics to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader organizational objectives.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and proficiency in leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
