The Database Marketing Group Manager is accountable for management of audience management team that will support Citi's US Personal Retail Bank and ThankYou Rewards Marketing strategies. The Group Manager will partner with Retail Marketing and Analytical teams on audience selection for Banking programs such as Checking, Savings, High Yield, and ThankYou Rewards programs in addition to supporting Offer enrollment microsites across brands and retail bank. The team will support multiple channels such as direct mail, digital, and email. Leads and directs a team of professionals.
