The Senior Director guides the development of the team's content strategy and executes the plan across both print and digital channels. This position requires critical thought in articulating and executing communications/marketing strategies that support goals for all Keck Medicine entity goals. These strategies are applied to various channels using a range of platforms to enhance customer engagement, usage and retention. As resident expert in all things related to content planning, creation, editing and distribution, the Senior Director works across department divisions and throughout the organization to develop and maintain content strategy, an annual calendar and the digital asset management system.
