Job Description
The Digital Marketing Support role is a key position focused on driving digital marketing initiatives across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Operations for Business Development Services in these regions and reporting to the Associate Director of Social Selling Strategy in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Best Practice Implementation: Support the integration of global best practices within EMEA to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
- Analytics Support: Monitor and analyse social media metrics and sales performance.
 - Assist in interpreting data and developing ROI trackers for consistent and reliable data reporting.
- Presentational Support: Help create and present slides on best practices, campaign results, and training materials.
 - Assist in the development and delivery of training for digital tools such as Sales Navigator.
- Campaign Support: Contribute to regional campaigns through content dissemination, social media engagement, and email outreach.
- Events Support: Provide digital support for international events, including social media posts, content support, analytics, and social listening.
- Localisation Support: Adapt global campaigns for the EMEA market and ensure smooth execution with local marketing leads.
- Message Implementation: Implement and maintain key messaging and value propositions across digital channels.
- Platform Management: Support the central management of social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, ensuring compliance with global policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the EMEA marketing and research teams, sharing updates and best practices to contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications
- LinkedIn Expertise: Proficient in using LinkedIn for social selling, lead generation, and brand optimisation.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimise campaigns and inform decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in creating presentations and reports.
