NCMA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute our online marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all digital marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of various online marketing channels, exceptional analytical abilities, and the ability to drive results.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the updating of content across our website, social media, and other external facing platforms to meet our guidelines and optimize them in accordance with the latest digital practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Marketing team and outside vendors to update and maintain existing website using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
- Write, design or edit web page content, or coordinate with others producing content with SEO in mind.
- Conduct market research to help develop informed online campaigns.
- Manage marketing campaign and chat bot workflows.
- Conduct competitive analyses, analyzing factors such as pricing, distribution, and/or product performance.
- Conduct market research to help develop informed online campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials are of the highest quality.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks for self and employees.
- Analyzes campaign performance;
- Provide regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and initiatives to senior management Preparation and transmittal of newsletters, e-mail marketing, and other electronic-based communications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, focus on marketing, communications, or public relations preferred.
- Management experience preferred.
- Association experience preferred, but not required.
- Government experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong proficiency and experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Website design, web editing (WYSISYG editor), and/or XML/HTML experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of social media outlets, applications, and tools
- Working knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Discretion with sensitive business and financial information.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks within aggressive deadlines.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Project management skills, including the ability to lead projects requiring collaboration with other departments/staff.
