PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Email/CRM Operations:
- Plan and execute a variety of email marketing campaigns such as thought leadership content, newsletters, and Property Marketing campaigns.
- Develop and automate email workflows customized to user actions and milestones.
- Analyze the performance of the campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and refinement.
- Keep the CRM data up-to-date to ensure data integrity.
Website/CMS Operations with Sitecore:
- Develop and manage content for SEO-optimized landing pages, including multimedia integration.
- Utilize Sitecoreâ™s features to tailor content that enhances the user experience.
- Ensure that landing pages are SEO-friendly and optimized for performance.
- Monitor and improve site performance and security to ensure optimal user experience and compliance with legal standards.
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in CRM and CMS platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sitecore.
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve campaign outcomes.
