We are looking for a technically adept digital marketer to join our Creative Services Hub. The Senior Digital Designer will be responsible for developing and customizing email marketing templates and designing email campaigns to support our sales and marketing professionals in North America to create best-in-class experiences in the marketing of commercial real estate properties.Job Description
About the Role:
- Design and format email templates and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Distributed Marketing tool:
- Create new and modify existing email templates (HTML, CSS and Content Blocks)
- Customize email campaigns to align to specific brand guidelines
- Leverage AMPscript, JavaScript and other SFMC scripting languages for email personalization
- Design banner graphics, icons and animated gifs based on supplied brand guidelines and design styles to further enhance and customize email campaigns.
- Design and build customized websites and landing pages using third party tools.
- Participate in the triage of requests for digital support and collaborate within the team to ensure requests are managed to a successful conclusion
- Help to find technical solutions to solve business digital requirements when required; troubleshoot and respond to issues and escalate when needed
About You:
- 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation solutions
- Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Distributed Marketing, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder
- Experience working with third party email tools such as Concep, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua and third-party web develop tools such as Weebly, Webflow
- Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
