JOB OVERVIEW: The Cardinal Health Pharma eCommerce Operations team is looking for a technical content writer, preferably with UX copywriting experience, to lead the development of help guide and training content, and support other areas of copy. This individual will own the content process for user guides, including timeline management and progress tracking and reporting, in addition to writing clear, simple and user-friendly instructional copy that adheres to our established voice and style.
