The Enrollment Communications Coordinator, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to provide email communication support, implement and maintain customer relationship management software, perform reporting functions, provide support for enrollment and recruiting communications and marketing for Enrollment Communications. Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements indicate. Must have the ability to work remotely at the request of the university in times of inclement weather or other special circumstances.
Responsibilities:Â
35% Enrollment Communications and Marketing: Works with key campus stakeholders to ensure communication aligns with the needs of undergraduate and graduate prospective students. Coordinates a communication plan for top of the funnel prospects through email, texting, and digital marketing. Works on email copy for campaigns to students including but not limited to financial aid and scholarship communication, special populations like Distinguished High School and College Partners, Dual Admit Programs, etc.
25% Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology Support: Manages TargetX and Marketing Cloud communication plan implementation, updates, and maintenance. Performs regular content audits to ensure accuracy of information. Keeps up with forms in Form Assembly.
15% Web Maintenance. Help develop landing pages for marketing initiatives under the supervision of the lead web manager. Keep up with page maintenance for accuracy and perform web edit requests from across Enrollment Management. Â
10% Reporting: Performs report preparation for strategic decision-making based off of email and google analytics. Prepares reports for strategic communication plans and implements reporting through platforms such as TargetX and Marketing Cloud. Works on dashboard creation and maintenance. Creates, interprets and reports on visualizations created with institutional
10% Photography and Videography needs for Enrollment Communications
5% Blog Copy Writing Support: Performs blog post planning and interaction.Â
Minimum Education and Experience:Â
Bachelorâ™s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Â
Three years of related experience, preferably in higher education related to technical communications and marketing.Â
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesÂ
Knowledge and understanding of University goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
Knowledge and proficiency in using technology related to recruitment and/or sales.
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess exceptional organization and interpersonal skill.
Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff. Ability to travel to multiple worksite locations.Â
Preferred Requirements:Â
Web and CRM experience is preferred.

Commensurate with experience
Salary Range
The target base annual salary range is $47,000 to $61,940 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
