- A passion for creative work, as well as the "mechanics" behind digital operations
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of and experience with email marketing platforms (such as ActiveCampaign);
- Knowledge of and experience with web content management and basic HTML
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Able to effectively manage several projects simultaneously and in various stages of development
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in: Google and Microsoft Office suites, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere);
- Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience working with Tessitura or a similar CRM/Marketing database
- Knowledge of, interest in, and curiosity about performing arts and artists
- Experience developing short-form video content for social media
- Use of project management software like Asana
This full-time position, with workdays Monday through Friday, is based in Ann Arbor, MI, on the campus of the University of Michigan. Applicant must have the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
