Weâ™re looking for a technically adept digital marketer to join our Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) Marketing Operations team in Manila. The digital marketing operations specialist will be responsible fordeveloping email marketing and marketingautomation capabilities, partnering with marketing professionals from around the world to deliver best-in-class online experiences for clients and prospects.Job Description
About the role:
- Assist stakeholders on the build and execution of internal and external email campaigns
- Create new templates, content blocks, and email variations for marketing teams and fee earners to leverage. Creation and sending of email templates (HTML and Content Blocks)
- Participate in the triage of requests for digital support and collaborate within the team to ensure requests are managed to a successful conclusion.
- Help to find technical solutions to solve business digital requirements when required troubleshoot and respond to issues and escalate when needed.
- Support the business with the collection and analysis of marketing data.
About You:
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation solutions
- Experience working in Concep and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Basic HTML skillsStrong English communication skills
