Duties and responsibilities

• Provide support for incoming design requests from marketing & communications stakeholders
• Design and develop high-quality custom marketing materials including research reports, brochures, presentations, one-pagers, digital marketing assets and event collateral
• Coordinate the production of materials, including packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print and preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
• Develop, apply and update brand standard templates
• Produce creative collateral to support other functions at the firm ensuring alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends to bring best-in-class design to the teamâ”both conceptually and through new technologies or platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelorâ™s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field

• 5+ years of corporate graphic design experience with understanding of consistent brand identity
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Some video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript or similar platforms
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills

• Strong ability to work effectively, efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders on all levels both inside and outside the company
• Outstanding attention to detail with commitment to creating quality work product
