Location: Avon Lake, Ohio 44012 (15 miles West of Cleveland) -
Report In-person Monday through Friday
- Develop, implement, and maintain a cohesive brand strategy that is replicated across all aspects of marketing- print, digital, social media, web, promotional materials, etc…
- The Marketing Director works as part of the marketing team to produce promotional displays, packaging concepts, videos, trade show / event concepts and print & digital marketing materials.
- Find the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, videography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
- Strong conceptual skills and ability to communicate design points of view with management and employees
- Ability to take ownership for design elements and work individually or with others in a collaborative team environment depending on the project
- Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget
- Utilize current marketing trends, especially in social media and video production, to keep DEI marketing updated, relevant, and industry-leading
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Expertise in marketing a tangible product to consumers and a network of resellers
- Develop catalogs, advertising, sales literature, presentations, videos and other required marketing materials from concept to final production
- Collaborate with sales & marketing to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly
- Develop and direct a social media strategy that enhances the brand and drives sales
- Work with outside vendors relating to final production of sales and marketing projects
- Work with Social Media Specialist to create relevant content and special sales promotions
- Manage design and graphics for product packaging
- Manage in-house forms and literature such as sell sheets, dealer applications, etc...
- Maintain and enhance company website for excellent consumer and distributor online experience
- Negotiate with media agencies, create and manage annual budget for print, tv, and digital marketing
- Conduct market research gathering information on consumer behavior, competition, and industry changes
- Manage trade show schedule and provide booth design, graphics, and materials
