Federated Hermes is looking for a Digital Content Manager to join a highly collaborative digital team driving innovation across our global digital experience. In this role, you’ll help shape how our brand comes to life online—guiding web content, imagery and page creation within our CMS to deliver compelling, user-centered experiences. As our digital ecosystem evolves, you’ll play an important role in scaling content across regions, languages and customer journeys, using tools like Optimizely, Ceros and AI agents. Specifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing or design, or other related discipline required; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of web related communications, email marketing or other digital marketing experience (e.g., writing/developing email or web content, managing and designing campaigns and promotions) required; 5 years of marketing, corporate communications or product/content marketing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns, digital technologies, and how to use marketing programs to sell products and enhance brand required
- Previous experience using a web content management system (Optimizely, Adobe, Sitecore or related) and website analytics programs preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office applications required
- General knowledge of general investment concepts required
